Irish Building Control Institute
The IBCI provides a national forum for professionals fulfilling the role of 'authorised person' as defined in the Building Control Acts.
Our aims are:
- To promote high standards in the professional practice of building control in Ireland
- To engage in consultation on relevant legislation, standards, regulations and guidance
- To inform opinion on building control issues through our annual conference
- To promote better communication between persons engaged in building control in the public and private sector
- To communicate with other building control organisations in Europe and abroad
